Applications are accepted up to October 1 during the year prior to starting the Fellowship. Interviews will be conducted in October. Formal acceptance into the Fellowship is done through NRMP. Deadlines may be obtained on their web site. The following information will be needed to apply:

  • Letter to the Program Director detailing your interest in the program
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 3 letters of recommendation, one of which should be from your Program Director (if applicable)
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery or letter from current Program Director confirming eligibility to return to categorical position
  • Medical School Transcript
