Dr. Gajadhar is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. She is a Primary Care physician with Senior Primary Care Practice in Columbia, S.C. Dr. Gajadhar serves as the Geriatric Fellowship Program Direction and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Geriatrics, Department of Internal Medicine, University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She is interested in educating medical students, internal medicine residents, and geriatrics fellows on principles of care for the elderly.

Dr. Matthews came to Prisma Health-USC School of Medicine from University of Colorado in 1998.  She completed a 2 year geriatric fellowship and our institution. She has been a staff physician at Senior Primary Care Practice since 2000. Her major interest has been in physical activity in older adults. Other interests include frailty, urinary incontinence and sleep disorders in older adults.

Dr. Naik is board certified in Family Medicine with added qualifications in geriatrics and palliative care. Her interest include dementia and palliative care in the geriatric patient.

Dr. Srinivasan is board certified in General Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr Srinivasan serves as the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Program Director Dr. Srinivasan is active in medical student, resident and fellow education.  She is also actively involved in research. Her clinical areas include outpatient and nursing home patient care. Dr. Srinivasan is active in the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry where she serves on the teaching and training committee and the Program Committee, as well as the South Carolina Psychiatric Association where she is president-elect.  Her clinical interests include dementia, depression in the elderly and disaster preparedness for older adults.

Dr. Steen joined the Palmetto Health Senior Primary Care Practice and the Division of Geriatrics following his completion of his Geriatrics Fellowship in 2011 at Palmetto Health/USC School of Medicine. Dr. Steen is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Geriatrics, Department of Internal Medicine. He is also board certified in Family Medicine and has served as Assistant Professor in the University of South Carolina Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. Dr. Steen provides geriatric care in both the outpatient and inpatient environments. He has special interests in hospital care of the elderly, geriatric joint diseases, and health system clinical informatics.

Dr. Venn is Board Certified in Geriatrics and Family Medicine. He completed his geriatric fellowship at Palmetto Health/USC in 2010 before going on to work in long term care and hospice. He returned to the geriatric division in 2014 and has taken on the role of Section Chief for Geriatrics in 2019. His areas of interest include primary care, long term care and hospice.

Dr. Wilson is a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Geriatrics, Department of Internal Medicine, University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She is interested in training geriatric fellows.
